Counterweight combines the science of meal replacements with the latest behaviour change techniques to help you lose weight fast, make long-term changes to your behaviours, and start leading a healthier life.

Counterweight is the industry leader in effective, long-term weight loss. We partnered with the London Borough of Bexley to make the Counterweight Meal Replacement Programme available in this area. Due to the overwhelming response to the programme, registration is now closed for free access to the programme.

The Counterweight Meal Replacement Programme

The goal of the programme is to help you lose at least 7kg and learn how to keep it off. You will get access to the Counterweight App which provides all of the information and tools you need. You will be supported through the programme by a dietitian to give you the best chance of success.

The programme runs for 16 weeks and is divided into 3 stages:

Stage 1: Meal Replacement

You'll swap 2 of your daily meals for Counterweight meal replacements to help you lose weight quickly and easily, as well as enjoy one healthy meal and snack per day.

Stage 2: Food Reintroduction

You’ll slowly reintroduce balanced meals and learn all about nutrition, physical activity and habit psychology to help you make long-term changes to your behaviours.

Stage 3: Weight Loss Maintenance

You'll have ongoing educational content to help you stay on track, navigate challenges and build up your toolbox of strategies to maintain your weight loss long term.
